We ship our packages via UPS Ground and USPS. Most orders ship out in 3 to 5 business days. Because our products are handmade by artisans from around the world, some pieces may not be immediately available. These special order items may take 6-12 weeks. You may choose to have your order expedited via Next Day or 2nd Day service. Please call (773)525-0816 to arrange for rush delivery.
Furniture items are more expensive to ship because of their weight and size. There is a delivery surcharge for these items. Please email email@example.com or call (773)525-0816 for a quote.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item in its original condition within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, less the initial shipping cost. No refunds or exchanges will be given on Lifetime Candles, lighting, floral, furniture, rugs, seasonal, discounted merchandise or any custom or special order merchandise. Thank you for your business!
